General Purpose Conveyor Belt

Selection of Cover Rubber & Carcass Grade For General Purpose Conveyor Belt

The high quality of cover rubber to provide outstanding resistance to sharp and abrasive materials and recommencled for transporting coal, crushed ores, rock and granite etc.

Applications

It's suitable for the wide ranges of operating conditions.
The bulk handling conveyor belt is widely utilized in the industrial fields of mining, steel making. engineering works, cement, quarry industries.
Depending on cover rubber selection it will be suitable for both conveyor and elevator services.

M-24 These cover rubber grades have the characteristics to provide the highest abrasion resistance and cut-and- gouge resistance as well as ozone. These cover rubbers are used for heavy Impact, large sized lumps, sharp materials.
N-17 These cover rubber grades are widely used for general conveyor belts and superior resistance to abrasion, ozone, cutting and gouging and suitable for handling crushed rock, limestone, coal, slag, etc.

Nylon (NN)/Polyester (EP) Conveyor Belt

This Construction utilizing all nylon, offersmaximum impact and damage resistance frommaterialand suitable for transporting a variety of materials : ore, crushed stones, grain, sand, etc. Several types of carcass using nylon/nylon fabrics with various thickness are available according to the load conditions.

The combination of polyester in warp and nylon in fillingprovides technically low-stretch, high impact abuse resistance.
